We, at RBCS, strongly believe that IT is a business enabler. Along with people, IT is shaping the character of each company. Proper alignment of IT to business will not only serve the fit for purpose requirements but truly give the company competitive advantage.
By enabling the business, the IT strategy, architecture and projects should be dictated by the business strategy, architecture and programs. In reality, there is often a disconnect between Business and IT because the IT strategy is driven by an IT project(s).
